  Great store, can you actually put on your website what days you will be open, public holidays etc so people don’t waste there time driving in to see if your open

  I was very dissapointed with the returns policy as another review mentions. Someone purchased for me a Stanley Studfinder as a gift but it was a complete piece of junk (as can be seen in consumer reviews). I had the receipt but they would not accept the return as I had opened the package. This is the first time in my life I have been told I could not return a faulty item, possibly in breach of some consumer law? The merchandise is overpriced too, even for a regional hardware store. Better of to wait until I need a few things then go to Bunnings in Mittagong.
